Can I share the connection over a personal hotspot?

Yes. Personal hotspot works on every plan we sell, so your laptop, tablet or a second phone can go online through this eSIM.

Whatever they use counts toward the same data as your phone. On an unlimited plan, the full-speed data for the day comes first; after it, the plan keeps going at the speed it states.

Several devices connected at once divide the speed between them.

What am I not allowed to do with a plan?

Plans are for your own personal use on one phone. Do not resell, rent or share one, or use it to provide a service to other people.

Nothing illegal, no spam, and no attacking networks or devices. No automated or machine-to-machine traffic beyond what a phone in normal use generates, unless the plan says it is allowed.

Do not try to get around fair-use limits, speed caps or the coverage area. A plan used in breach of these rules can be suspended or ended, because the networks we buy from require that.

Can I use an eSIM on a laptop, tablet or travel router?

On any device that supports eSIM and is not locked, the install works the same way. Some laptops and travel routers do.

The simpler route for a laptop is a personal hotspot from the phone holding the plan. Every plan allows it.

Our plans are for personal use on one device. Running a travel router as a service for other people is not what they are sold for.

Can I install my eSIM on more than one phone?

No. One eSIM, one phone. The profile downloads once and belongs to the phone that took it.

Two people travelling together need two plans. You can buy both and send one of them on as a link, so the other person installs it themselves.

Sharing one plan between two phones is only possible through a personal hotspot, which every plan allows.
