Payments and refunds

My payment was declined. What now?

The reason comes from your bank, not from us, and the checkout shows what they said. A foreign online purchase is the commonest thing they block.

Try another card or one of the wallets offered, or approve the purchase in your banking app and try again.

If the order was created but not paid, nothing was charged and no eSIM was issued. If you see a charge with no eSIM, send us the order number.

How can I pay for an eSIM?

By card, and by the wallets and methods your country and device support — Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal among them. The payment form shows what is available to you.

We never see or store your card number. The card form belongs to our payment provider, Stripe, and the details go straight there.

No account is needed to pay, and nothing is kept to charge you again.

I paid but my eSIM has not arrived. What do I do?

Stay on the order page for a minute. It waits for the network to issue the eSIM and updates itself when it does, which normally takes under a minute.

If you gave an email address and the page is gone, check that inbox, including the spam folder.

If more than a few minutes have passed with nothing on the order page, write to us with the order number. If we cannot issue the eSIM at all, the order is cancelled and the payment released or refunded in full.

How do I contact support?

Through the support page, or by email to support@lempart.app. Include your order number if you have one.

A person reads it and answers by email, usually within one working day. There is no phone tree and no chatbot pretending to be somebody.

You do not need an account to write to us, and the support page works from any device — useful when the phone with the problem has no internet.
