Plans, data and speed

Can I add more days or more data to the eSIM I already have?

Sometimes. Your order page lists what the network behind your own eSIM will accept, under "Add more to this eSIM". On an unlimited plan that is more days; on a fixed-data plan, more data.

It goes onto the eSIM already in your phone, so there is nothing new to install.

If the list is empty, this eSIM cannot be extended and a fresh plan is the way on. If the network turns a top-up down, you are not charged and we say so.

What happens when my plan runs out?

The eSIM stops carrying data. Nothing is charged after that, and nothing renews by itself.

Some eSIMs can have more added to them — more days on an unlimited plan, more data on a fixed-data one. Your order page shows what your own network will accept.

Where nothing can be added, buying again is the way to carry on. That is a new eSIM to install.

How do I find my order again?

Open the find page and enter the order number, plus either the last four digits of the ICCID or the email address the receipt went to.

That opens the order: the install details, what is left on the plan, the receipt and the refund form. No account and no password.

If you signed in with Apple or Google when you bought, your orders are also gathered in your account on any device you sign in on.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself. You pay once for a plan and that is the end of it.

Nothing is stored to charge you again, and there is no membership to cancel.

If you want more days, you add them or buy again, deliberately.
