Your order and your eSIM

Can I add an order I bought as a guest to an account?

Yes. Sign in on the device that made the purchase, and the orders it is holding can be claimed onto the account.

Nothing about the eSIM changes when you do. It keeps working exactly as it was.

If the purchase was made on a device you no longer have, use the order number instead.

Do I need an account to see my eSIMs?

No. Orders bought in a browser stay in that browser, and any order can be opened again with its order number.

An account is useful for one thing: gathering your purchases across devices, so an eSIM bought on a laptop shows up on your phone.

Signing in is with Apple or Google, so there is no password for us to hold.

How do I sign in?

With Apple or with Google. There is no password to create and none for us to store.

Your email comes from whichever of them you used, which is also where receipts go. It is changed there rather than with us.

Signing in is optional at every step, including buying.

How do I find my order again?

Open the find page and enter the order number, plus either the last four digits of the ICCID or the email address the receipt went to.

That opens the order: the install details, what is left on the plan, the receipt and the refund form. No account and no password.

If you signed in with Apple or Google when you bought, your orders are also gathered in your account on any device you sign in on.
