Your order and your eSIM

What happens to my eSIMs if I delete my account?

They keep working until their plans run out. Deleting an account does not switch off data you have paid for.

The eSIMs on the phone you delete it from stay listed there, with their installation details.

Order records and receipts stay with us for as long as accounting and tax rules require, without your name or email attached.
