Who we are, how we answer, what we do with your data, and the rules on both sides.

A small company selling prepaid data eSIMs for travel. No contract, no subscription, and no account to create.
Wavynn is operated by Lempart LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
We handle the purchase, the delivery and the support. The mobile networks are somebody else’s.
No. We are a reseller, and we say so rather than implying otherwise. Network access is bought wholesale.
Your eSIM connects to established local operators in each destination, which is why coverage and speed depend on them and not on us.
What we are responsible for is the catalogue, the price, the delivery and the answer when something goes wrong.
Lempart LLC, 30 North Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
Support and privacy requests both go to support@lempart.app.
The full company details are at the foot of every page and in the Terms of Service.
Usually within one working day. Email, every day, and a person reading what you wrote.
If your eSIM is not working, write while you are still travelling. That is when we can still do something about it.
A support message gets a reference number, which is what you quote if you need to follow it up.
As little as a purchase can be made with. An email address if you give one, the order details, the eSIM issued, your support messages, the data usage the network reports, and short-lived technical logs.
We do not collect your card number, your location, your contacts or the content of your communications. Buying needs no name.
The wholesale partner that issues your eSIM receives the order and the profile. They do not receive your name or your email.
No. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why there is no consent banner to dismiss.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to get a copy, by writing to support@lempart.app. We answer within 30 days.
Order and payment records for seven years, because tax and dispute rules require it. Support messages for two years. Technical logs for up to 90 days.
An account you delete is removed within 30 days at the latest — the sign-in goes immediately and ordinary personal data within a week. The records above stay, without your name or email attached.
eSIMs you have already installed are unaffected by any of this and keep working until their plans end.
Only strictly necessary ones: those our hosting provider sets to protect the site from abuse, and a sign-in token if you sign in.
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no browsing data shared with anyone.
Because none of them are optional, there is no banner. You can block cookies in your browser and the public pages keep working.
Plans are for your own personal use on one phone. Do not resell, rent or share one, or use it to provide a service to other people.
Nothing illegal, no spam, and no attacking networks or devices. No automated or machine-to-machine traffic beyond what a phone in normal use generates, unless the plan says it is allowed.
Do not try to get around fair-use limits, speed caps or the coverage area. A plan used in breach of these rules can be suspended or ended, because the networks we buy from require that.
At least 18, or younger with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
An eSIM bought for a child is bought and installed by the adult, in the ordinary way.
The terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts there where the law allows.
If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given by the law of the place where you live. Nothing in our terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The version of the terms you accepted at checkout governs that purchase, not a later one.
Write to support@lempart.app, or reply to the email carrying the decision. A person looks again.
Please come to us first. Most problems are solved within a few days, and a chargeback takes longer than a refund does.
