Payments and refunds

How to pay, what the price includes, and exactly when a plan can be returned.

How can I pay for an eSIM?

By card, and by the wallets and methods your country and device support — Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal among them. The payment form shows what is available to you.

We never see or store your card number. The card form belongs to our payment provider, Stripe, and the details go straight there.

No account is needed to pay, and nothing is kept to charge you again.

What currency are your prices in?

US dollars, unless a price says otherwise. The same plan costs the same wherever in the world you are buying from.

The price does not move with the season, the device you are holding, or how many times you have looked at it.

Your bank converts the dollar amount into your own currency at its own rate.

Will my bank charge me a currency conversion fee?

It may. We charge the US dollar price shown before you pay; anything your bank adds for converting it is between you and your bank.

Nothing is added by us at that step, whichever payment method you choose.

If a conversion fee matters to you, a card that does not charge one is the answer, not a different plan.

Are there any extra fees at checkout?

No. No activation fee, no card surcharge, no service charge, and no "from" price that becomes something else at the end.

The price on the button is the whole price, paid once. There is no subscription and no daily charge.

The only thing that can be added is your own bank’s currency conversion.

Why did the price change before I paid?

The catalogue behind the shop can be re-priced while you are on the page. When that happens, the total changes, the button says the new number, and you press it again at that number.

A price that has gone up is never charged quietly. Nothing is taken until you press the button showing the price you have been shown.

Pressing again buys at the price you confirmed, not at another one.

My payment was declined. What now?

The reason comes from your bank, not from us, and the checkout shows what they said. A foreign online purchase is the commonest thing they block.

Try another card or one of the wallets offered, or approve the purchase in your banking app and try again.

If the order was created but not paid, nothing was charged and no eSIM was issued. If you see a charge with no eSIM, send us the order number.

Where is my receipt?

On your order page, with the order itself. If you gave an email address at checkout, it was sent there too.

If you bought without an address, the order page is where the receipt lives. Find it again with the order number.

A receipt shows the plan and the amount paid. It carries no card number, because we never hold one.

Can I get a refund?

A plan is refunded in full on request as long as the eSIM has not been installed. A plan that was never installed is refunded with no questions asked.

Once the eSIM is installed, or once any data has been used, the plan is not refundable. The allowance has been issued to your phone by then and cannot be taken back.

There is one exception, and it is the important one: if the eSIM could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours, we refund in full even though it was installed.

How do I ask for a refund?

From the order page, where there is a form for it, or by email to support@lempart.app with your order number.

Tell us what happened. If the eSIM did not work, say where you were and what your phone showed — that is what lets us fix it for you and for the next traveller.

We check whether the eSIM was installed and whether any data was used, as the network reports it. Then a person decides and answers.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of our decision. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

We never refund to a different card, and never in cash.

If you disagree with a decision, reply to our email and a person looks again.

My eSIM did not work. Can I get my money back?

Yes, in full, if it could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours — an eSIM-capable, unlocked phone, in a covered place, and still no service.

Contact us while you are still travelling. That is when we can still make it work, and it is also the evidence that matters most.

Tell us where you were, which network the phone showed, and what you had already tried. Data roaming on the travel line and mobile data set to it are the first two things we will ask about.

Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong plan?

If you have not installed it, yes — in full, on request. Ask before you install, not after.

If it is already installed, no. The plan is tied to your phone by then, even if you never used it.

So check the destination and the dates on the order page before you install. That is the moment the decision becomes final.

Do I have a right to withdraw from the purchase?

Where the law of your place of residence gives you a withdrawal period for digital services, it applies.

Installing the eSIM is your request to start the service immediately, and at checkout you are asked to confirm that separately — never by a pre-ticked box. After that the refund rule above governs.

Until you install, the ordinary rule already gives you a full refund on request, which is at least as good.

Is my card safe when I buy from you?

We never see or store your card number. The payment form belongs to Stripe, our payment provider, and your details go straight to them.

There is no card form of our own anywhere on the site, which is deliberate: a shop that types card numbers into its own page has taken on a burden it cannot carry.

Nothing is kept to charge you again, because nothing renews.
